ADHS is still suggesting that schools in ALL ARIZONA COUNTIES provide instruction virtually. However, each local School Board has the authority to make the decision on how instruction is provided. The Wellton Elementary School Board of Education will meet on Monday, January 25, at 4:00 p.m. in the school library. The Board will decide on the long range plan for virtual or hybrid instruction. For the week of January 25 – 28, Wellton Elementary School will provide instruction virtually. We will continue to provide on-site support services for the students who need it.

We sent a short survey out with the lunches on Tuesday, January 19. We had hoped to have them all returned today. If you were not able to return the survey, could you please send a message through Class Dojo and let us know if you think your child should come on campus for instruction or continue virtual instruction. We do appreciate parent opinions and factor them into our decision making. Thank you if you returned the survey – and thank you, in advance, for messaging us with your decision.

On Monday, January 25, we will be sending out report cards, status sheets, and letters of concern. Please make sure the school office has your correct mailing address.
